Self-Service and Automation for All

Accessibility has always been important for us. From the very beginning we wanted and needed to ensure that dataServe was available to all, regardless of physical ability.

The World Health Organisation estimates that there are around 45 million people in the world who are blind or have visual impairments that can't be corrected with lenses. So, that's around one in a hundred people. There are other things which get in the way of using software too, like dexterity issues and missing limbs/fingers.

So, imagine a a customer of ours, let's say a UK university. Out of their 10,000 staff and students there could be up to 100 people+ that might struggle to use software.

We're proud to announce that dataServe has been assessed against the latest accessibility standards and is now compliant with WCAG 2.2 to the AAA standard.

And we won't stop there - with WCAG 3 on the horizon we're going to continue improving our accessibility features!

And if you want to learn more about dataServe, please join me in our webinar at the end of January:
